COVID-19 Safety Measures for In-Person/On-Site Lessons

All Allegro Music staff and teachers are fully vaccinated. For students who prefer not to disclose their vaccination status, we kindly request that you enjoy online lessons for the time being.

1. Students and parents entering Allegro Music must self-screen screen for COVID-19 symptoms.
    
2. Please put on a mask before entering the premises. If you have a health condition that prevents you/your child from wearing a mask, please let us know.
    
3. We will remind students to use hand sanitizer before and after lessons. We prefer that students bring their own. Hand sanitizer will also be readily available.
    
4. Our waiting area remains open with limited seating. Parents are discouraged from waiting on the premises while their child has their lesson but can be present for the end of the lesson. Parents of a young child may accompany their child to the lesson. Food and drink are not permitted in the waiting area.
    
5. Our studios are large enough to facilitate physical distancing.
    
6. Hepa air purifiers are installed in the studios.
    
7. After every lesson, we will sanitize piano keys, door handles, chairs, music stands, and all other high-contact surfaces.
    
8. Students with Covid-19 symptoms will be sent home (as well as anyone who may be accompanying them to the lesson) and will forfeit their lesson. Staff and teachers reserve the right to make this determination. For this reason, we encourage families to pre-screen at home before coming to lessons.
